POMEGRANATE PULLOVER , Knit Top Down in Wool and Silk

This sport weight pullover is knit from the top down with faux set in sleeves.

Construction Notes
This sweater is knit in one piece from the top down beginning with the back shoulders. The front shoulders are picked up and worked down separately until it is time to pick up for the sleeve caps, joining all of the pieces. The sleeve caps are shaped while working back and forth until the front neck shaping is completed. After the front neck is cast on, joining all in the round, the rest of the sweater is worked circularly, using magic loop or similar technique where needed.

The Yarn
Pomegranate is knit in Artisan Fibres’ amazing new wool and silk sport weight yarn called Fruity Knitting Sport. That’s Fruity Knitting’s Andrea herself modeling her version of the sweater.
