Galiano Island is one of our favourite places to host retreats. Located in the Southern Gulf Islands off the West Coast of Vancouver BC, it’s rugged landscape and calm beauty make for a perfect knitting retreat location.

We are thrilled to invite you to join us at this special place for our upcoming Knit Social Spring Retreat taking place May 3-5, 2019, with two amazing instructors: Norah Gaughan and Bristol Ivy.

Our home for the weekend will be the Galiano Inn & Spa, a spectacular oceanfront hotel, conveniently located just steps away from Sturdies Bay ferry terminal. No car is required!

All rooms at the Galiano Inn are waterfront, with spectacular ocean views. You have a choice of private Oceanfront Spa suites with private terraces or balconies, or tasteful shared accommodations in the Oceanfront One Bedroom Villas, also featuring private terraces or balconies, wood burning fireplaces, and private outdoor hot tubs. Other amenities at the Galiano Inn include the Madrona del Mar Spa & Steam Rooms and the Flores del Iris Gardens.

Joining us for the weekend are our very special guest instructors: Norah Gaughan and Bristol Ivy. Each attendee will have the opportunity to take one in-depth class with each instructor. Small class sizes and a relaxed environment makes for an exceptional learning experience!
